As a popular winter destination, South Tyrol looks just as good in the spring and summer months as it does when it's covered in snow. The winding roads in the area also exhibit how modern life has been integrated into the terrain — and from up above, you can see how the roads were built utilizing the natural curvature of the mountains.

This drone image, which was taken near Bar Ristorante Dantercepies, features the Langkofel and Torri del Sella mountains near the small village of Plan De Gralba.
To get to this location, you'll need to drive and then either park in Parcheggio a pagamento (46.549553, 11.809268) and take a 36-minute (1.7km) walk to the GPS coordinates, or park in Parkplatz Dantercepies-Parcheggio Dantercepies (46.555973, 11.766527) and then take the cable car up to the restaurant.
If you park in Parcheggio a pagamento (46.549553, 11.809268), head north and follow the directions via GPS to where I launched my drone — it will be right next to Bar Ristorante Dantercepies.
If you park in Parkplatz Dantercepies-Parcheggio Dantercepies, walk over to the Dantercepies AG cable car. Take the cable car along the Dantercepies line that leads east to the final stop on the line (46.553682, 11.799715). Walk north toward the Bar Ristorante Dantercepies and then reference the GPS coordinates to see where I launched my drone.
Fly up and southwest, near Plan De Gralba, to get a similar perspective of Langkofel and Torri del Sella.
