Nestled amid the staggering, rocky peaks of the Italian Dolomites lie these charming wooden cabins, emerging above the awe-inspiring views over the early morning fog. This lone house paints a charming picture of traditional alpine living.

This image was taken from Alpe di Cisles, a picturesque alpine pasture with beautiful views of Seceda's Fermeda Towers.
You're able to hike to this location, but my personal recommendation is to stay overnight near Col Raiser (I stayed at Fermeda Hütte) and then take the chair lift (46.586657, 11.740050) along the Fermeda line until it ends. From the end point of the cable car (46.600556, 11.727216), follow Trail #1, heading down the hill and towards the Fermeda Towels. Reference the GPS coordinates to find the exact location where I took this shot of the house.
