Located in the middle of downtown, this abstract monument sticks out like a sore thumb — in the best way! The vibrant red makes for a striking backdrop amongst some of the tallest buildings in the city and in addition to being an incredible photo location, it's also a great area to explore and people watch.

This image of Calder's Flamingo and John C. Kluczynski Federal Building was taken in Federal Plaza. To get this perspective, I stood on the north side of the sculpture.
There are a variety of ways to access this location and there's also some street parking in the area.
By subway:
- Closest station: Jackson (via Blue Line)
- Head north on S Dearborn St and the sculpture will be on your left
