With the architecture of this elevated train, you can walk away with some really interesting shots from this location. It's also one of the best spots in the city to have a close-up and open view of the CTA trains in motion during rush hour.

This image of the CTA train and corporate building was taken on the top of 183 Monroe Garage, looking over S Wells St. To get into the garage, go through the main entrance on Monroe St where the cars drive in. You can either take the stairs up or just walk the ramp. I prefer to walk the ramp because the stairs can smell like absolute piss.
This isn't a large parking garage, so all you'll need to do is walk up the two floors and you'll see this west-facing view across S Wells St. If you take the stairs, the view will be right in front of you when you get to the top and if you walk up the ramp, make sure to stay to left when you get to the top and you'll see it. Whichever route you take to get to the top of the garage, reference the GPS coordinates and you'll find the exact spot where I stood.
Depending on the security guard at the parking garage, and how big your group is, you may be denied entry for taking photos. But in small groups or a solo venture, I've never had an issue.
