This surrealistic, look-up viewpoint is tucked away inside one of the largest public housing estates in the Kowloon City District. The enormous scale of the multi-building complex is best appreciated while standing at the center of one of its towers, looking up at the apartment's dizzying heights. Upon its completion in 1975, the notable complex was visited by both Queen Elizabeth II and Margaret Thatcher.
