@vincelimphoto
Pipiwai Trail on the island of Maui has so much to offer in one hike. Not only is there a bamboo forest, you can also see the famous banyan tree and Waimoku Falls. Every time I visit Maui, I have to do this hike to make my trip feel complete!

This image was taken along Pipiwai Trail in Maui. The best way to get to this location is by driving. From Hana Hwy, navigate to Kipahulu Visitor Center (20.661629, -156.044907). You can park here, but please be aware that there's a $10 entrance fee for the parking lot. If you have a national pass or have been to Haleakala within the last three days, you won't have to pay the fee. Follow the signs to Pipiwai Trail from the parking lot, which are clearly marked. From the start of the trail (20.668848, -156.052708), it'll be a relatively easy hike to the forest. Reference the GPS coordinates and you'll reach the exact point where I stood to take this photo.
