The image was taken on the island of List auf Sylt, looking south onto the List West lighthouse. To get this view, you'll have to make your way to the island by taking a ferry to Nord-Sylt from the mainland of Germany. Once you're on the island, reference the GPS coordinates to locate the exact spot where I stood to get the photo. If you took the ferry with your car, you can park in the parking lot (55.052264, 8.400859), which is southwest of the lighthouse. Please note that if you're driving, you'll have to pay the Ellenbogen toll road (6€).
