This drone image was taken looking down on one of the many bends along Kesselbergstraße road in Kochel. The only way to get to this location is by car.
To get to where I launched my drone, I drove up the winding Kesselbergstraße road from Kochelsee. There are several parking spots on the way up and you can use the GPS coordinates to see the exact parking place of where I chose to launch my drone.
From the take-off point, simply fly in a south westerly direction (to the previous bend) to find the location featured in this image.
