The image was taken from the U-Bahnhof Schlesisches Tor platform looking west onto the Warschauer Straße trains. Take the underground lines (1 or 3) toward the direction of Warschauer Straße. On the train, I recommend being in the first wagon and then getting off at Schlesisches Tor where you'll see this view when you look west from the platform.
