At first glance, it's hard to believe this palatial building was once France's most infamous prison. The 13th-century structure even held some of the country's most prominent rulers, like Marie Antoinette, in its cells. Snap a picture along Pont au Change as the pink, cotton-candy clouds hover above the Conciergerie and then head into the structure, which is now a museum that's open to the public.
