If you're already in Venice, take Harbor Drive South which will bring you right next to Sharky’s by the Pier. Parking by the beach is free but you can also use 1752-1998 Harbor Dr S Parking. Once you're there, launch your drone above the restaurant to get a similar view.
Keep in mind that this place is located right next to the local small airport and you will have to get a waiver to fly a drone.
