Red Ivy House on St Mark's Road

The image was taken of the exterior of a home in North Kensington. To get this view, I stood on the southwest side of St Mark's Road on the sidewalk facing toward the Stay & Play Nursery. The house is a private residence (please remember to be respectful), but there is an open space which belongs to the nursery along the sidewalk. From here, you'll have a clear view of the house through the fence. By London Underground: - Closest station: Ladbroke Grove Station (via Circle or Hammersmith & City lines) - Head northwest on Ladbroke Grove/B450 toward Cambridge Gardens/B412 - Turn left onto Cambridge Gardens/B412 - Turn right onto St Marks Rd/B412 and proceed through the two roundabouts - Slight right to stay on St Marks Rd/B412 and the destination will be on your left

In October the leaves will be a bright red, complemented by other fall foliage colors, at this house in North Kensington.

During any time of the day you'll be able to find similar lighting conditions.

This is a residential home, so please be respectful. Make sure to not trespass onto the grounds and keep a distance when you stand on the sidewalk.

From an angle, you'l be able to see all layers of depth in this image. The leaves will appear to have more texture and they will pop against the clear blue sky.

Make sure to use a wide-angle lens (19mm) so you can incorporate the wall, house, sky and concrete ground in your frame. Having all of these different elements will make your photo more aesthetically pleasing.
