The hustle and bustle of one of London's most popular streets is captured best from the central pavement that runs down the middle of the road. With traffic flying by on either side of you, and illuminated seasonal decorations above, it's a symmetry-lover's dream to photograph this split view of Regent Street.

This image was taken from the central pavement of Regent Street/A4201, looking north. The easiest way to get here is to take public transportation and then walk about six minutes.
Over halfway down the street (opposite of Tommy Hilfiger) is one of the best positions to set up for a photograph. Reference the GPS coordinates and they'll lead you to the exact location where I shot this perspective.
By London Underground:
- Closest Station: Piccadilly Circus Station (via Piccadilly or Bakerloo)
- Head west on Coventry St/A4 toward Shaftesbury Ave/A401
- Continue onto Piccadilly Circus/A4201
- Turn right onto Glasshouse St
- Turn right onto Regent St/A4201
