The image was taken from within the entrance atrium of Bloomberg's London Headquarters.
The Bloomberg building is just southwest of the Bank Underground Station. Then, turn down a street called Bucklersbury where you'll find a courtyard. The entrance to the Bloomberg Offices is located on the south side of this courtyard and once you enter, the atrium will be on your right.
This building is only open to the public during Open House weekend in London. It is advised to go as early as you can to avoid long queues.
