I took this photo on the rooftop of the Shimao Riviera Garden Living apartment complex. This is a private residence, so I recommend staying there or to be a guest of someone in the building. Once you're at the building, find the Northern District complex, then make your way to Building 3 by following the signs. Go to the exit at building three and walk up the stairs to the roof. Stay on the lower platform and do not attempt to climb the ladder — it can be dangerous! Avoid bringing bulky camera equipment such as professional gear, tripods, and backpacks — the guards may ask you to leave.
