The featured image was taken inside the Shanghai Starry Sky Optical Illusion Gallery on floor B2 of Pier 16 along The Bund. I recommend taking a taxi to the address of the gallery. There are several rooms in this gallery, but you'll find this room at the entrance.
The GPS will take you to Shiliupu Wharf, where you'll find Pier 16. Once you're at Pier 16, follow the signs toward the mall until you reach an underground plaza on the riverside promenade (opposite of the Bund Finance Center). Use the elevator to descend down two levels below ground view (floor B2). Walk past the restaurants on the left hand side and then you'll reach the Shanghai Starry Sky Optical Illusion Gallery desk.

Floor B2, Shiliupu Wharf, No. 531, Zhongshan East Second Road, Huangpu Qu, Shanghai Shi, 200070 China
