This stone staircase is on Mount Davidson. The GPS coordinates will guide you to Dalewood Way where you can park your car and easily access the trail where I took the featured shot.
There are two entrances to Mt Davidson on Dalewood Way: one at the intersection of Dalewood Way and Lansdale Ave and another less obvious one about 220 feet West of that — this is the entrance you want. Once on the trail you'll quickly see the featured staircase on the right-hand side about 20 feet from the start of the trail!
