This image was taken at the "Urban Light" lampposts outside of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). To get to this location, I recommend taking a car. You can either park along Wilshire Blvd or you can park in the LACMA Parking Garage, which is just north of the lamp posts.
Once you get to the installation, reference the GPS coordinates to stand in the exact spot where I stood. You'll get a great perspective from there, since it's in the middle of the installation with all of the lampposts surrounding you.
