This location is Shaw's Cove on Laguna Beach.
Park on Cliff Dr. or one of the nearby streets. Be aware, some of the parking spots close to Pacific Coast Highway require meter payment, but if you're on a street near the beach the parking is mostly free.
The stairs to the beach are accessible on the intersection of Cliff Dr. and Fairview St. To the north, you'll have a nice view of the palm trees.
Looking south you'll be able to see down the coast towards central Laguna Beach which is a great shot during sunrise as the sun rises over the hills.
